Any kind of policy that years you differently based on nothing but the color of your skin is racist discrimination and violates the 14th Amendment, no matter if it's in favor or to the detriment of any particular race. Fortunately the Supreme Court agree with me.

It SHOULDN'T be equally likely based on race! It should be equally likely based on skill! Nobody should be thinking about race when hiring or admitting students!

How many more of these do you need?

The FAA had a list of special code words they gave to the National Black Caucus of Federal Aviation Employees so they could jump to the front of the line in HR screenings for FAA jobs

This isn't just about private companies. Kamala explicitly campaigned with an 'Opportunity Agenda for Black Men', promising e.g. fully forgivable $1 million to black entrepreneurs and 'creating opportunities for Black Americans' to succeed in the marijuana industry. Do you not see how racist that is

Yes, I'm saying that making your college admission more or less likely based on your race is, in fact, an inherently racist policy.

And it's a fucking travesty he's in there right now. But Democrats and progressives have done their absolute hardest to put him there.

Also, have you ever heard about the (fortunately struck down) concept of affirmative action?
If you think you can fight racism with more racism, be my guest. But don't be surprised when Trump is suddenly sitting in the Oval Office.

In 2023, Starbucks fired a completely unrelated white district manager as a scapegoat after two black customers were arrested in a store with a black district manager, who faced no consequences. They were forced to pay over $25 million in damages.

I don't even have to dig up any particularly egregious examples, though there are many. It's the very principle of preferential hiring based on race or sex that is morally repugnant to most people. Reverse-racism is still racism. Reverse-sexism is still sexism.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion all being good things by themselves doesn't change the fact that DEI policies have been a fucking disaster and are like 80% of the reason Trump is president right now.
