He had to finally steal the cool kid job he always wanted but would never be considered for.
As a kid I truly thought we as a world were past that. As I got older I realized we only don't learn but we hurt ourselves more each time.

Sadly, people have a hard time admitting when they are wrong about anything even when all of the evidence is there. They can't imagine they have been tricked.
