After about seven or eight months of fucking a dead corpse at night, Geto's body had been ruined. He was rotting already, and the smell was becoming too horrendous. It hurt, but Gojo stopped and instead opted to actually cremate Geto.
Nobody ever found out and Gojo took it to the grave.
