One way around is it the terminology in the 22nd amendment -cannot be ‘elected’ to a 3rd term-does not mean he can’t serve- he just needs to grab power outside of the election process (war, martial law, domestic security)

he cant overturn an amendment on his own. but he can go to a review process to see if it was ratified correctly and go rhrough another process to repeal or make a new one. it will take a lot of time

i think your move of leaving the democratic party is a good step - if many do it it will send a message for them to shape up- as long as in the midterm and 2028 elections, we all vote democrat

They have a better chance compared to a 3rd party. Yes they are far from perfect, yes so many undesirable qualities but in the big picture scheme of things, the way forward if we want to fight with a chance of winning - otherwise we effectively dilute the opposition
