90.1% of Social Security funds come from payroll taxes. The rest comes from interest earned and taxes on funds currently being distributed. The government contributes NOTHING. It's our money.

This will make many of the Nebraska Republicans care, but only because it affects them. Republicans (especially MAGA) are apathetic and only case about things if they directly impact them.
