It wasn’t just condoms, though. And the numbers are wrong. There was $45Million went to Gaza Strip for things like maternity wards, medical/hygiene kits for women and kids, mobile medical units. ~$83Mil went to Gaza(Mozambique) for AIDS/HIV prevention items, which included condoms.
