Day 11 and life sometimes will get in the way of frivolous golf aims. However today I got back on the exercise bike for the first time in 2 years.. It was awful.. Fat not fit.. but it's beginning 😎

Still working with #superspeed sticks to get some speed into my swing, but meanwhile this happened yesterday 😎 It's a winter round, but a hole in one helped to my best round ever (so far)

Superspeed session #2. With new swing changes to try and keep a less out to in path, with trail arm and wrist changes, it'll be some time until I get the hang of it all together.

Back at the range working on some baseline figures before serious winter grind. Pro visit next week hopefully for a trackman session. Weak speed and distance imo at the moment. Will see what analysis brings.

Only been out about three times in the last 6 weeks because of things on, a cold, and weather. Great to get back to #golf and had a 78, which is probably spot on handicap. Might try a wet day tomorrow!

Well I've started some fitness. Slowly but surely I'll attempt to be a better golfer come springtime. Might actually try the range soon to breakdown my swing.
