No objection to the large rise in business rates though...on top of NIC raise for employers. Quite happy to milk small businesses to make up for your useless chancellor's incompetentence.

Our Labour MP has recently started putting posts out claiming green credentials. He's a Starmer loyalist, who voted against the Lords amendments on the planning bill, and couldn't be bothered to defend the Peak District moors in the recent debate on grouse shooting. Coincidence? Party Instructions?

Nigel Farage can stick his ideas up his arse. It was obvious to actual small businesses that life would be harder after the Brexit he campaigned for. It has taken our exports, it has turned our supply chain upside down. He knows nothing about the stress he has caused, and doesn't care.

It took 2 emails to get an answer from @johnwhitbymp.bsky.social . Well, one of his staff...The usual bollocks that it will cost billions, and what a great job Labour are doing. I emailed him to ask how he has calculated that claim. No reply....
