I recommend the Brave browser *for* daily use.

The Duck Duck Go browser has a partnership with Microsoft to share data with them. I recommend the Brave browser door daily use. Brave has a built in VPN though, and that can conflict with some sites, and Firefox is a good backup. Both are available for desktops and mobile.

Perhaps the frequency that you take it makes a difference. I will go months without taking any.. in fact, I've got to ask my doctor for a new prescription. Mine has expired, and I never needed to refill it.

I do know that not everyone has the same experience or their bodies will respond the same.
