They can't just throw money at this. System-wide attitudes and doctrine toward adoption need to change. Also much better quality control over who adopts (and fosters).

My point, again, is that no country has morals. Literally every country is racist, bigoted, self-interested, does hypocritical shit. You won't admit it, but you clearly have some country in mind you're measuring the US against. But that place is a fantasy. All countries are selfish.
