hella
Gonna finally check out Dispatch today, been hearing non-stop raving about this since it came out and of course as a fan of these sorts of choose-your-own-adventure type of games (if the Chloe Price icon didn't point that much out already-) I'd been *very* excited for this day.

Literally how I'm gonna be movin' today:

Oh btw, as a quick little final note, having taken all these damn back-to-back playthroughs as opportunities to force myself into experiencing other romances for myself...

Yeah Tali's still the best in my book, fight me

Speaking of Vanguard, kinda forgot to make a proper post signaling that I'd started this last run anyhow so...yeah, Vanguard-Insanity done and over with.

What a perfect note to end my Bluesky tenure on, actually-

Anyways *now* I'm gone, if you really need to track me down I still have Discord.

Tallying them up via a point system to determine my *overall* fave, 1st place getting 6 points down to 6th getting only 1, it adds up to this:

Soldier - 7 points
Engineer - 7 points
Adept - 9 points
Infiltrator - 12 points
Vanguard - 15 points
Sentinel - 12 points

...I'm just back where I started-

I know I'd literally just left like last night, but NGL I kinda forgot for a sec that I was doing this whole "class ranking" thing with the Mass Effect trilogy and I don't like leaving things unfinished: last game to cover, ME3.

1. Infiltrator
2. Engineer
3. Vanguard
4. Adept
5. Sentinel
6. Soldier

The last thing I'd expected to hear while randomly deciding to check out what's been happening with Marvel Rivals lately was for Teresa to be referenced...

Hell I don't think *anything* has brought her up prior, deadass might be her first ever "exposure" outside of a comic book...11 years later-
September 7, 2025 at 5:54 AM
In any case, Mass Effect 2 class rankings:

1. Sentinel
2. Vanguard
3. Infiltrator
4. Soldier
5. Engineer
6. Adept

Just finished the Vanguard-Insanity run of ME1, that's all six classes for this specific game done

In terms of how I personally felt about playing each class? Here's how I'd rank 'em:

1. Vanguard
2. Adept
3. Sentinel
4. Soldier
5. Infiltrator
6. Engineer

...What can I say, Biotics are dumb OP.

Forgot to make this post last night, but that's 5/6 on the Insanity gauntlet; 6/6 in general terms, obviously already played Vanguard in the past

Infiltrator *might* have overtaken Engineer as being my favorite class in 3, gotta really sit and think about it-

Shout-outs to @creeperc129.bsky.social with this one btw, can't look at this panel the same way ever again-
August 26, 2025 at 3:11 PM
Why does BioWare spam you with like 50 billion things to take care of on the Citadel, deadass lost track of the fact I was supposed to meet up with Thane and Kolyat...

whelp, guess I'm restarting...ain't even the first time with this game, I still remember missing Grissom Academy my very first run-
August 23, 2025 at 5:54 AM
Apparently Garrus must've owed this guy $50 or somethin'
August 21, 2025 at 7:47 AM
It's kinda crazy how Clark's birth-parents were decent people and Goku's parents (*parent, we never even knew who tf his mom *was* prior to Dragon Ball Minus-) were jackasses, yet now Goku's parents are the decent-ish folk and in the newest Superman film Clark's parents are the jackasses instead-

I'd also just found that there was a Mary Shepard that was the illustrator for Mary Poppins, didn't even intend on that one but nonetheless the meanings just keep compiling
August 14, 2025 at 3:14 AM
Completely fogot to make this post yesterday, but started the Infiltrator run.

Wanted to go for a kind of "Bloody Mary" feel with her, if the name wasn't evident enough; I wouldn't have blamed you if you'd assumed it was for Mary Jane Watson, her eyes would've been green tho if that were the case.
August 14, 2025 at 3:14 AM
There's quite a few really, but it's *especially* with these four-
August 13, 2025 at 5:43 PM
Also I've already recognized long ago that the character-customization aspect of these games obviously ain't perfect, but I think this might be the most apparent example outta anything I'd personally attempted.

1 and 3 at least look close enough, 2 just has a vendetta against facial-hair it seems-
August 12, 2025 at 6:48 AM
Kept my promise to romance Jack this go, and...kinda bittersweet really.

What's there is genuinely sweet, but since she's barely in ME3 at all (even less so than the likes of Miranda or Thane) I'm simultaneously left feeling satisfied *and* unsatisfied-
August 12, 2025 at 6:47 AM
4/6 done; technically *5/6 since I've long since been played Vanguard, multiple times, but you getvwhat I mean by now-

All that's left in regards to the "*5" tho is the Infiltrator class, looking forward to sniping heads alongside my guy Garrus.
August 12, 2025 at 6:47 AM
Just had the shortest Clone-Shepard fight ever, James deadass tore him apart in under a minute; Wrex and myself may as well not even had been there, all I got to do was use Overload once or twice while Wrex punched nameless goons in the background-

Apparently I need to start calling him "God Vega"-
August 11, 2025 at 7:37 PM
I guess as one final note for tonight, in terms of new things I'm either paying more attention to or just noticing randomly...

There's a Vorcha equivalent to Doctor Octopus out there, too.
August 11, 2025 at 7:52 AM
Also was never curious enough to keep talking to James about the husk head I guess, never knew you can take it back to the Normandy

It gets me that this happens while EDI and Ann are actively trying to figure out Leviathan's location, and then in the background you have these clowns goofing around-
August 11, 2025 at 7:52 AM
This is like my 7th time playing through the Leviathan DLC, and only now did I notice there's an accessible restroom at Bryon's lab...

...where for some unknowable reason *somebody at BioWare* decided it should have a shower that actually activates when inside of it.

Good thing Joker wasn't here.
