Good stuff @nickbaumgardner.bsky.social but I dispute the notion the 49ers have either underperformed or started over since that draft. In four seasons since they’ve gone to three NFC championships and won it once. They’re retooling now but doesn’t seem to me like a start-over or underperformance.

As a baseball loving New Yorker, the best thing about now living in LA is getting to see Shohei Ohtani. And it’s even more special when it’s his bobblehead night, of which I’ve now been three straight years. Last year he hit a leadoff home run. Tonight he hit a walkoff home run. He always delivers.
