5. Take all the time YOU need to feel comfortable. Everybody goes at this in their own pace and just because you think someone is further along, doesn't mean you have to instantly be at that same level of comfort.
There's not one particular way to live this lifestyle. Do it your way. Your tempo.

4. Also for those with a penis... because you're naked it will be very easy to spot if the water you swam in was cold. I personally had someone jokingly say he could see on my body that the water is cold. Laugh about it or be prepared to have a funny retorte... It's likely good-natured banter.

3. At first, you might feel awkward in a nudist social setting. That's fine as well, bring something along to distract you. Maybe something to read. The more your focus is shifted from the whole "😱OMG, I'm naked for the world to see😱", the better.

2. If you're out in the sun, some parts of you will get exposed to sunlight for the first time. Accept your tan lines for the remainder of time they will be part of your body and use plenty of sun screen to protect that skin.

1. I would like to add that certain things your body will do when you first get naked are completely logical, given that you are used to being clothed. The first few times, you might get an erection. That's fine. If this happens at a shared nudist space, cover it up or roll onto your stomach.

I'm just curious what would a couple with this kind of age gap even have in common? What would they even talk about? Because the way I see it, a relationship also involves lively discussions... With this age gap, you don't really share the same life experience...
