Honestly, metroidvanias are the prime example, I think. Hollow Knight, Blasphemous, etc.

I think platformers do alright, though; (Cuphead, Spelunky come to mind) although they tend to be in the form of Metroidvanias (Blasphemous, Hollow Knight).

I feel like calling Terraria a platformer is a pretty big oversimplification; the only thing it shares in common with a “true” Platformer (Mario as the example) is that it’s 2D and you can traverse on both X and Y axis. There are no stages or levels involved or a specific goal to achieve

IIRC the issue isn’t actually sex, it’s the emotions that come with it. Excessive emotion is a very dark side thing (it’s okay to love and care for people, but you must do it very mildly). Generally I it’s frowned upon because it’s hard not to attach emotions to sex, but not strictly forbidden.

Depends on the media; if it’s on paper, dark text on light background, but if it’s digital, then dark mode is superior.
