My kids jokingly bought me Chris Hoy's book 'How To Ride A Bike' a few Christmasses back. I laughed it off at the time but I'm beginning to wonder if they were maybe onto something 🤔

Today I will be mostly riding with 3 other people to Braybrook Tap Room, having a pint and a croissant, then riding back home with a detour up Haselbech Hill to take a photo 👍

I went on a 30 mile e-bike ride yesterday evening and took literally zero pictures. It was a lovely view over the reservoir too 🤷♂️

Atrocious nights sleep last night for numerous reasons, so today was an assisted XC bimble. Fair bit wetter out there than I expected given it only really rained overnight here... some wading required 🌊🌊

No riding for me today unfortunately, knees say no... however it has given me the chance to get mine and the lads hardtails cleaned up ready for the warm summer miles 😊

Today's discovery: through the magic of Samsung's on-board photo editor, I can park my car in its own cup holder.
Not sure how practical or useful this is but there you go 🤔

We had about 3hrs of snow, then it turned to rain and washed most of it away lol. There's a thin layer left but it just looks like a hard frost now:

I did get out today... no pics though, had to keep going to try and clear my head a bit... not even sure that worked tbf, felt like a passenger for most of it. Too much going on upstairs it seems 🙁

First time I saw that advert, I said to the wife "lets see how long it is before some idiot tries at that speed for real, rips the front bumper & radpack off & LR have to pull the advert" 😅
