If you're a Harry Potter fan then you should try Harry Potter: Hogwarts Battle. You battle against the villains through all 7 books and it gets progressively more difficult as you go. I'm only a casual HP fan and love playing it. There are two expansions as well that are good but not required.

As someone who loves some giant robots fighting, where would you recommend beginning? The huge library is intimidating.

I've never used the Odin but I've got a Steam Deck and love it. Emulation was pretty easy to set up for everything up to playstation 2/Xbox era of consoles. Xbox 360 is severely limited in its support (at least the last time I tried it).
