The front and back don't match on the non-JDM, the front bumper is wider and squared off but the rear tapers in. Looks all wrong from certain angles. The JDM looks cleaner and more balanced.

The hot wheels one is right hand drive and I'm guessing all 240sx were left. Also the hot wheels one has the JDM style front bumper and wrap around indicators, not the same as the F&F car.
