itch DID make a post, promising they will resolve everything within 24 hours. that was 17 days ago. again, at least let people know what's going on when youre dealing with their money. this is unfair to both creators and consumers alike. can't support creators when your money goes to someone else!

creators have had their money taken without warning, some have had their "buy now" buttons taken away without warning. there's so much chaos going on and itch can't even write a post at least trying to explain the situation? that does not sit right with me, so im not exactly keen on playing nice atm

people have reported not getting payouts for over 100 days, and their emails have gone unanswered. understaffed or not, that is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. especially when youre dealing with other people's money.

PLEASE RT AND SHARE TO SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!! ALL ARTISTS AND CONSUMERS ALIKE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!! it will hopefully get @itch.io 's attention and they will finally fix this!!
