my late poodleboy Scout--this morning i dreamed he had jumped on my lap and snuggled me. I wept when i awoke. he was as hugger-mugger as he looks and too smart for woodenheaded me. He was 15 when we put him down because of groomer error before his Xmas photo in 2021.
"C'mon, Scout," said Jem.
