Folks focused on the wrong things. Ppl want to be lied to/told this is the fault of politicians instead of the very logical facts that the state has *been* in a drought, the winds were insane & the fires grew uncontrollable within minutes. SoCal is huge & spread out. Winds + embers flying = 🔥🔥🔥

Life is so much different than last year for me. This time last year I had walked away from my job w/severance. I didn’t indulge in purchasing gifts for anyone. This year, new job able to celebrate and purchase gifts for myself & others. I feel more settled and clearer.

This time last year my last employer gave us severance packages and my entire dept signed and walk slowly. I got mines and was gone by that Friday! Best decision ever! Thanks for the $$ for my heartache and pain. I went into the new year without a job but was happy to be gone from that place.

One thing for sure this time last year my old job was stressful as hell. This year at my new job, it’s a lot but baby ain’t shit like that old job.
