Here's the thing, if one firm laid the foundations for a skyscraper, but another firm built that skyscraper then most people would be fair in saying the second firm had gone further than the first. That's the case with a lot of what Labour is doing, building on already hostile policies. 2/

🇬🇧 Apartment management was entrusted to freeholders. It was expensive however, they did manage. Councils and housing associations, most inhabitants rented. When the sell off began, so did responsibility and the management gave up.
