Usually I don't even notice if a game uses it when I'm playing on controller. The way I hold controllers means I just don't see it at all lmao

Portal 2 was the only time I noticed the light bar because I was playing on k&m, but had my controller plugged in sitting on my desk. Thought "oh that's pretty neat" and it did occasionally come in handy when I forgot what portal I had last used

Yea wtf that item's simple as hell. Just enables an extra boss when you obliterate that gets you more lunar coins. I wonder if they just assumed you don't know about obliterating and didn't feel like explaining it
