Why do those account do this? What's the point?

My hot air gun melted itself a bit, and I didn't smell it because I had a runny nose. Then I opened some parts from ali for my console repair gig, got hit with a pretty weird smell that I've ignored for a while.
Now my balance is weird, moving a bit wobbly, and I feel bad.
