Boycott all of this

I feel bad for people who want to come here after 2020. The prices are brutal.

What downturn lol. Investors expectations can be wild.

And drivers of those vehicles seem way more likely to road rage when those of us in smaller cars or on foot/bicycle slow them down in any way.

The Bitcoin network does not work anything like an LLM.

There is lots of documentation about this out there that can explain it better than I can. OP is being lazy and letting his biases prevent him from learning about it.

Not exactly. There would likely be very slow blocks until the network adjusts difficulty but Bitcoin does not process one tx at a time. Users bid for space in a block via fees and the block is mined as a whole. Miners are just going to take the tx that pay the best

Energy use could increase due to higher incentive to mine because of higher btc prices but there’s no direct relation between user/tx count and energy usage of the network. In theory you can run the entire network on a single miner even with the current usage because the difficulty would adjust.

This is the most dunning-Krueger post I’ve ever seen lol.

Bitcoin doesn’t work like that though. More users and more transactions doesn’t equal more resources required to process those transactions. The difficulty adjusts based on the overall power of the network.

Throw it out. We don’t need it and we don’t need non stick cookware either.

Next can we just ban the sale of cars altogether?

ghost gun is such a goofy term

But have the material conditions of the people improved?

The nice thing about bitcoin is you can put a small amount of your money into it, wait a few years, and it becomes a large part of your wealth.

lol yeah. I lived in Japan for a short time and it was eye opening. I was so sad when I came back here and was like oh, now I have to be in a car all the time again. A year of being able to travel freely using my own two legs and trains/buses, and then back to the American reality of cars everywhere
December 10, 2024 at 1:34 AM
That's not ideal either. Ultimately I think there just needs to be better separation. Shrink down car travel lanes and slow them down, add protected bike lanes for the bikes/ebikes, and keep sidewalks for pedestrians.

If they have a chip that can crack sha256 encryption then a lot more than Bitcoin is in trouble.

Cars and car infrastructure ruin everything.
December 10, 2024 at 1:01 AM
There’s no fixing driving. Cars are a means of transportation that is completely unable to scale to meet the needs of cities.

I don't think it's BTC owners that are going to need a bailout
