Until a few hours ago, my experience with major awards has been "finalist, but not a winner." I've been honored to be a finalist for many major awards. Birdverse works have been repeatedly shortlisted. Major wins up until today - not there. This is the first big win and it's MY FAVORITE AWARD

Hopefully you're good now, but I had to file an actual support ticket (took a while to figure out how) going "this page says I can; why it the upgrade not available?" and spend some time on the phone while they poked around and eventually installed some things and then the upgrade actually worked.

Renaming characters is DIFFICULT. I've mostly settled in with our new batch of names, but I'll still sometimes slip up for no obvious cause.

Hmm, I wonder if one could do it with goat milk. (I have tried making cheese with lactose-free milk and it... does not go well. The curds don't solidify correctly.)
