My carbonara game is on point but I think the egg yolk brings everything together better. Also parmesan/ pecorino/ grana padano composition may vary the protein/fat balance? Validation Lot 1 tonight!

In Higher English more than half the class (inc me) picked King novels to review. Teacher took a huff and made us all choose something else. I went with Fellowship of the Ring.
