An admin enthusiastically told us during an office meeting that we will be turning in contracts to a new AI program to process them rather than to the admin team. This will be more work for us, will
likely lead to errors from AI and will also eliminate enthusiastic admin’s job. I just don’t get it.

What do you charge for letting a person gently pull out those floof chunks? My guy does get them on the backs of his legs but it’s not enough! I want more! It’s so dang satisfying.

Right?! Get ALL the fall foliage people. Twice a day routes. How hard can it be? If I don’t buy groceries this week, I’ve got a solid $180 to throw at this venture 😂 but even express buses would work a whole lot better than a 12hr train ride for what is a 4 hr car ride.

I looked into this a few years ago, wanted them as a party favor for my person’s 50th. They were too expensive but it would have been hilarious.

I had a breast biopsy a few years ago and it was done by me lying down on a padded table (think massage table) and putting breast in a hole in the table. Friend, the hole was in the center of the table!

I was telling a friend yesterday that it’s a shame I can’t describe a new home listing I have as having a “dope ass yard” bc a) real estate lingo is so dang dry and boring and b) swear words are probably not allowed in my MLS.
