It’s been bittersweet studying at the same university my grandad graduated from almost 75 years ago!

I learnt so much at the BCA/CCG Intensive Teaching School forX-ray Structure Analysis at @durham-university.bsky.social the beginning of this month. Can’t wait to meet up with everyone at conferences in the future.

Really enjoyed running the Spectroscopy in a Suitcase stand at SOTSEF this year! 🧳🥼👩🏻‍🔬 Showing children and teachers how to collect IR data 📈

Trying to convince my family I’ve been in Italy working really hard, while also also only sending them photos like this… 😅🫣☕️🥐

Last week I was fortunate enough to have a Pharmaron
guest lecture explaining how the analytical skills I’m using in my dissertation project are applied to the pharma industry.
I was also unfortunate enough to learn their tech does this automatically and forty times faster! 🙃
