Also, had to find a way to build a 3d model from a video of a CT scan, almost failed but here is the result

Broke my hand at the start of the year riding my bike going home from work, didn't post anything since then. But let me show you some stuff I've been working on

Best quality I've ever printed

I think it's enough cooling
February 6, 2025 at 5:28 AM
Guess what!
February 6, 2025 at 4:59 AM
No part cooling, no resonance calibration only extruder calibrated and send it!

V1 installed, no magic smoke let out weeeeee

First functional prototype on the waay

Been extremely busy with work but I'll be testing the new toolhead on the trident soon, printing first with PETCF but I'm planning on using PPS later on

Lightweight yeahhh
January 8, 2025 at 1:36 AM
Do you even duct Br0? The thing I don't like is that it's blocking the gorgeous extruder but it saves so much Y space not having it come from the back like the Hevort style

Little update from last version

Wanna design and test 1000 times?, design a toolhead you'll have infinite work time.
Jk I think I'm close to test the whole assembly printing, just need to finish the part cooling ducts!

Ultra slim toolhead is coming along nicely

Metal won't melt hehe, got some hopes for this VZ hextrudort

It's all coming together

Pronting some test parts for the Reaper toolhead, it's awesome to see how many options there are and how complex each project is. It also seems like the HT printer is going to need a custom design PPS? PEEK? Metal?

I've been having a bit of success with small cranial implants, need more chamber temp for bigger pieces

Well I pressed the update button for Klipper by accident, didn't think this would happen again!
DONT DO IT! If you do it's a great way to learn Klipper

This PP has some interesting properties, 3D print origami?
November 20, 2024 at 3:43 AM
I've seen a lot of people asking about which printer to buy but most don't list what they want to do with it or a budget. Buy the printer you can afford and make it better yourself if you are into that if not make sure the printer you are going to buy can do what you want it to do.
