If I was thinking about learning a new language would it be Spanish? French? No defor a bit of Flemish to help with the Cyclo cross viewing and even as a top nget athlete would certainly be quite useful

The rider would not be as fast as on this day but the setup, bike and rider were race winners back in the 80s and the bike felt crazy fast.

Why is it important to promote European triathlon cups in Ireland like cork wher Sandra Dodet who podiumwd in rone wold cup today was the winner. Your and junior athletes and coaches get to see what world class looks like up close and it can be surprising. inot everyone has amazing technique

After a short spell in a hospital drinking....well I'm not actually sure what it was....it is glorious to have a nice cup of home brewed coffee in your own garden under late summer sun knowing La Vuelta will be coming on stream later in the afternoon

This is a throwback to March 2020 when World triathlon decided to reopen Tokyo qualification and sent us all off to Miyazaki where our meals were delivered to our room door handles. I was reminded of this low point in my culinary life as I am eating a lovely meal in a hospital.

Unfortunately I am not at home at the moment so do not have my copy of Traditional unwritten rules of cycling Volume 3 besides me so I am struggling to understand the controversy from yesterday's stage of Tour De France Femmes avec Zwift. Rider drops it on a corner and everyone should wait???????
