Glued the front half of the right wing together. Boy that's a loooong piece of plastic to hold together with only CA glue 😬 next up the rear half of that wrong, so I can make the carbon soar that ties it all into one strong wing.

Made some progress on the #3dprinted ASW 15 RC glider build. I've only been waiting 2 years to finish this build. Now that the kids are out of the way for a weekend, it's full speed ahead! And yes, that is 1.7m long (or it will with the rudder). That's 67" for non metric heathens. 4m (13') wingspan

Building a Voron StealthChanger with 5 toolheads. It's time consuming, but so satisfying. The magnet hold on the system is strong enough to keep a fully loaded stealth burner in place even upside down! #voron #3dprinter

More CNC work was done. For organizing CNC bits and collets in the drawer. And yes, those are 3d printed bristles for the dust boot.

Making a jig to easily laser engraver a bunch of painted aluminum business cards... Sometimes the old ways are easier to work with.

So I managed to shoot all the ducks in a row twice today. Kind of an auspicious thing, in a dreadful news cycle. Hope isn't dead, it's just found in unlikely places to remind us there's still fun and good things around.

There's a lot of fun in having access to multiple types of machines (3d printers, laser cutter and CNC mill). I get to do a lot of fun stuff. Like a seasonal edge lit display out of acrylic in a 3d printed frame. Text says "meet Christmas and happy new year" in French.

We moved in April. Only now am I finally starting to unpack my office. This time it isn't an ADHD delay, but a life-got-in-my-way delay. But I'm glad I finally put up my @danidonovan.com poster! Plenty more to go and organize... But that's gonna take a while because of ADHD 😅
