The words this man in the video says are the words I can hear my father say. We didn't always get along. I didn't always see it his way. One thing we could count on was history and the future of science. I pray to the gods that every child has this, and it is not lost when they write our history.

I am happy to say that it was enough for my father, a man of education for all his life. "He was a man, take him for all in all. I shall look upon his like again."

I didn't go the direction dad wanted. I went my own way. I found what I was looking for. The world. I saw how it works. I smelt the flowers & yes, a rose by any other name would be as sweet. I walked in the forest & saw the trees. I looked past my nose & realized how unimportant I was to that place.

Yes, I understand I'm not a parent of young children. I did not raise children that are in or while going to school. All things being equal though, I'm a lover of history the sciences. I love myth and theology. I love what my father always felt that every child should have, a good education.
