The Gov of IL needs to take a close look at what the New Mexico gov did. If he declares an emergency elsewhere in IL the Natl guard need to attend to they won't be available for SecDef.

As a PhD candidate I fundamentally understand how devastating this is. Longitudinal studies are so important and so hard to do. The researchers have to trade short term publications for long term results. And to end a 30 year study is just sickening.
