I ride bikes. A lot. In my 60's I'm faster than in my teens. Today was a celebration of cycling in Shropshire - a celebration of riders but even more organisers, timekeepers, marshals. A community of people helping each other stay fit & have fun. Lovely.

Lulu the dog has an ear infection. It's made her scratch herself raw and caused skin infection for our other dog, Ella. Within a few minutes of topical treatment she's calm and happy. It's been a journey but we've turned the corner. Hopefully.
