I am sure this administration is already labeling my 7 month old daughter as a future DEI hire 😂. The number of unqualified people in this administration is at a record high, starting at the top.

The current president has done a wonderful job in uniting………..Canada. Their internal factions have temporarily put their differences aside and the United States will suffer as a result.

I literally just bought ice cream for the first time in 20 years today 😂.

This is the first time I’ve bought ice cream in nearly 20 years. I made sure to hold the so everyone could see what I bought 😂.

I have run a high school mentorship program for underrepresented students since 2016. Today was another fantastic session! The students are energetic and the future of medicine in our country. In our program, we believe in diversity and don’t consider it to be a bad word 😊.

This is the most FAFO so far. Many people who voted for this person will now be stripped of their citizenship as a result of this executive order. And they deserve it 😂.

Martin Luther King Jr. was never elected for any state or federal office. Richard Nixon was elected as both senator of California and president of the United States. I would rather be MLK Jr. than the elected criminal. We have four years in which we must wake up every day and fight for justice.

It was a great session for my high school mentorship program today! This is one small way to fight back against fascism, by training young people to be better equipped against bigotry.

As part of my mentorship program, I spoke to the students at Crockett Midtown today. These students are so talented. One of the students solved the Rubik‘s cube in 30 seconds right in front of me.

I had the pleasure of conducting a Saturday session recently to teach underrepresented high school students about how to do surgery. The goal is to reduce racial disparities in medicine and combat all the misinformation being spread. I told the students that being a surgeon is a “Black job.”

It wasn’t a landslide or a “mandate” at all. They were able to get more low information voters to support them. Our job over the next four years is to reach out to as many marginalized groups as we can.

My daughter is five months old. I will feel very comfortable years from now telling her on which side I was during this election.

I started a high school mentorship eight years ago in response to the 2016 election. That was my way to fight back against racism and sexism. We just started our ninth academic year and had a session this morning. The young generation will be our salvation.

Such a good assessment! By the way, I met you briefly in LaGuardia on 2019 on my way back from Madrid. So much has changed, yet one major thing will be the same after January. I am looking forward to seeing you be a guardrail against his authoritarian desires.
