The newyears dip 2026, after all the other participants went out of the water, I went back for another one 😁🥶

After days of rain, the sun was finaly shining for a few hours. And I happened te be close to a lake with a nude beach. So,despite a strong wind, a temperature of 9C and a water temperature of 12C, I went for a swim.
Now I'm on fire 🤪, my skin is glowing and my energy leven is sky high 🤯

I'm currently in Spain. The nudist beaches nearby (Palamos) are remote corners with barely any sand and trails running through them. Totally exposed and absolutely no privacy! People even come to walk their dogs and groups of kayakers and snorkelers come because it's so quiet. What a disappointment.

Last weekend I went bushcraft camping. Packed some food and a hammock, inflated my kayak and paddled up a river. I found a spot with no trails, just peace and quiet and nature. And unfortunately, swarms of mosquitoes. Luckily, they didn't come out on the water, so I often went boating and swimming.

I've used the Sun Shower Bag a few times, but I find the water pressure far too low for showering. So I mounted a small water heater with a gas bottle on a cart. My portable outdoor shower. This works fantastically, but it does require some water pressure.

This morning I woke up early on this new campsite and decided to go for a morning run in the woods. It was quiet, warm and not a soul to be seen. So I diceded to strip and continue without those sticky clothes. That feld way much better, I even ran an extra kilometer.
