The new ferry routes are definitely very interesting...

I have to assume that these routes are just to simplify operations and not that they anticipate people traveling to Wall St via Staten Island and Brooklyn 😬

I used affinity designer to create this map :)

I opened the PDF from the T's website and it seemed to work for me, though you would need to swap out some fonts for it to look the same.

The PDF version is a bit glitchy. I had to change the font weight of a bunch of elements to get it to work properly - hopefully it works decently well now!

Even with my attempts at simplifying the BNRD routes as much as possible, the map is still very busy - it will be interesting to see what the official map ends up looking like with every single key bus route.

I also expanded the key to make the new elements clearer.

> Geography in certain parts of the map - especially the Winthrop & South Boston areas - is alot more accurate.

> The red line is drawn alot closer to scale - especially on the Braintree branch.

This is a complete redrawing of my map with the BNRD routes baked into the design. While I was playing around with the layout, I made a bunch of minor changes to the map.
