Au contraire—I suspect that beneath the masks and gaiters the surge in ICE agents (and needless violence committed by ICE) is very much attributable to the *old* Proud Boys.
If there's a Proud Boy in your neighborhood, I'd bet they're not around as much anymore, as ICE work can take one far afield.
