Fantastic Rings of Power panel at Magic Con 8 (28.9.2025). A highlight, really. Robert Strange as the third guest was a delight as well. Just three very good-humoured, relaxed people on stage who were up for any high jinks.

I feel like I did a good deed for them, closed a knowledge gap that never deserved to be one. 😊
Sam then kinda proposed to Charlie and their honeymoon remained a running gag.
They were great together. They’d be great together in a project. Think about it.

Fiennes… I tell you, with Wuthering Heights and The English Patient he has messed with my adolescent head which led to the romantic idealisation of these kind of guys who are insufferable to be with in real life.
I’ve forgiven him and myself though since. 😌

I’ll wait and see on Wuthering Heights. Maybe it’s fun. I grew up with the Fiennes and Binoche version of and loved it, and it isn’t perfect either.
I’ve got a soft spot for Margot’s intelligence and drive.
I think my favourite take on WH to date might actually be Emily.

Almost totally unrelated question here, as non-native English speaker it has bothered me since I watched that Charlie Kaufman movie Adaptation in the early aughts - so a whole gen z person long - is it adaption or adaptation or is both fine? It just popped into my mind
