Agreed. And arguably, Alabama can be added to the "special boy" group with ND since it seems to have its own rules as well.

Framing it this way was a choice NYT. The asylum application was approved by the Biden admin, but the asylum APPROVAL was granted by the Trump admin. You could've more accurately said "trump admin reviewing all asylum cases approved by the trump admin." There's no excuse for parroting their lies.
