How did this get written without anyone bothering to cite the 12th Amendment?

As always with the Trump administration, sometimes their actions stem from stupidity, sometimes they stem from corruption, sometimes they stem from bigotry, and sometimes they stem from cruelty, but any of those reasons is disqualifying; none of these people should be anywhere near power.
