that's exactly what i asked too. basically, just enjoy things while you have them for what they are. don't get too caught up on what could go wrong or how it will end, just think about how it is now, and how you have it now. that's what being positive is. it sounds ridiculous, but just ignoring

I feel better the more I do it. I didn't believe it either, and it didn't start working immediately, but if you find things to be positive about, it gets easier and easier. every time you go to have a negative thought, try and replace it with something positive. I promise it will help.

I need you to understand I was thinking EXACTLY like you four days ago and I had one session of therapy and now everything feels so much lighter. it wasn't the therapy itself, but the advice that he gave me. just take your time and try staying positive. yes, it sounds really dumb, but every day

we all have our strengths, you just need to try and see them. get a notebook and write down all the positive things in your life. try to focus on the positive, and when your outlook changes, your challenges won't seem so challenging anymore. if you don't think you have anyone on your side,
