We are just recently retired, and we are both on the short side of 60! We’ve done the summer RV thing for years, with our kids. I think we’ve gone through 7 different campers.
Now in our motorhome we are looking forward to longer, exploratory type trips!

I took my brother-in-law, an amateur photographer, with me to see the eclipse. Used the RV and traveled about 1000miles, boondocking all the way there and back!
