I agree with you that some people use LGB deliberately to exclude minorities, but it's simply not the case in this article. Read it. I don't know whether this publication is transphobic or not. I don't usually read the Guardian.

If you're suggesting that I'm far right, you're mistaken. I am frustrated with people's hyper political correctness when applied to a situation that doesn't warrant that kind of reaction eg this article
