They don't know how to utilize Bol, they don't know how to make Booker, KD, & Beal work together, & KD is NOT the guy who's gonna guide a team to a chip; it's just not in him....or at least it hasn't been shown thus far.

The fact that there have not been any moves against Tucker is proof that the Ravens have hypocrisy in their zero tolerance policy. He's still on the team, even after 16 allegations
