Isn’t that what most people have been doing? I’ve been out protesting since election. This first year of fascism all I see are people not bothered enough to be bothered. It’s been a rude awakening for me. I thought everyone would rise and resist in huge numbers, but everyone waiting for someone. ✌️

What are we doing? We seem to be spending the first year under fascism allowing the fascist to destroy our country, disregard the law and do any fkking thing they want. Ok a rally here and there, strongly worded letters and news pieces. Why are we not rising in unrelenting numbers? Resist!

Thank you Eloise. You’re right in a country founded on inalienable rights and the protections of law, where all persons are answerable to the laws set forth, we should not have to have those being protected explain the law.We are in such a precipitous state in America it makes me ashamed and angry.

The self satisfaction that people feel for “winning” and being “successful” is also a myth. It’s easier to win when the laws and tax structures are designed to give advantage to people with money. It’s not an accomplishment to get ahead in a game that’s been rigged in your favor. Resist✌️✌️

I appreciate it’s out in the open but I don’t know why people are just realizing this fact and that’s why we’re losing our country. I’ve known since jan6 if these people ever got in office they wouldn’t voluntarily leave. Since this inauguration it’s been readily apparent.
