My foster coordinator got confused and accidentally gave me a loaf of bread.

One of the best parts of fostering animals is daydreaming about what your next one will look like.

Mount Hood was wearing a jaunty lil beret yesterday.

Buying 2 variety packs of wet food because even though my foster cats were found abandoned and starving in an RV, they reserve the right to be extremely picky.

I started fostering adult cats about 6 months ago, and it's been a delight to be a temporary home for little buddies.
Current fosters: Ginger and Cardamom (the Spice Girls) A pair of long-haired tortie cats cuddle together on a blue floral chair. Their chins are upturned as they sniff the air. My current fosters are a long-haired bonded pair, which means my possessions are slowly being subsumed by fur.

My foster goes to his forever home tomorrow, so I'm trying to soak up all the snuggles I can get, but now it's been 2.5 hours and everything hurts, but it's legally and morally wrong to move him.
