I 'might' give these a try... maybe with some crushed candy canes. 🤔

Beat all together until combined. Using 2 spoons, drop balls/blobs of batter into powdered sugar&roll. Place balls on parchment covered baking sheet. 14 min @350° Cool cookies slightly before removing from pan. 3 dozen

While everyone else posts pet pics, the closest I can come are these two magnificent eagles, Jackie (on the right) and Shadow. I've been following their nest for years and it brings me a great feeling of calm to check in on their live stream daily.
