I`m assuming in this humorous postcard that `Bags` is a reference to trousers of the 1920s/30s, `Oxford Bags`,still,old Bert he did make me laugh.Posted on the 9th August 1936 in Weston Super Mare as can seen on the circular date stamp.with a King George V one penny stamp. 24-60.com/index.php?ro...
