John Trumbull, painter, soldier, spy. His iconic portrait of Washington from 1792. Trumbull is buried beneath this painting. Trumbull’s story reveals him to be in the middle of the Revolution. We will be shooting in the Trumbull gallery at the Yale University Art Gallery in September.
